Nestor Giro, Minister for Fisheries and Marine Resources, undersection 129 of the Fisheries Management Act 2015, make the following Regulations: 1 Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (PNA Third Implementing Arrangement) (Amendment) Regulations 2024. 2 Commencement These Regulations commence on the date they are published in the Gazette. 3 Regulations amended These Regulations amend the Fisheries (PNA Third Implementing Arrangement) Regulations 2012 (“principal Regulations”) (Legal Notice No. 62 of 2012. 4 Regulation 6 amended Regulation 6(1) of the principal Regulations is amended by substituting “0001 hours GMT on 1 July and 2359 hours GMT on 30 September” with the following: “0001 hours UTC on 1 July and 2359 hours UTC on 15 August”. Made this sixteenth-day of October 2024. HON.
