56 SUPPLEMENT to the Solomon Islands Gazette Friday 29th April, 2005 SI. No. 16 (Legal Notice No. 501 THE FISHERIES ACT 1998 (No. 6 of 1998) THE FISHERIES (LOCAL FISHING VESSELS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2005 IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Fisheries Act, 1998, I, PAUL MAENUT, Minister of Fisheries and Marine Affairs, do hereby make the following regulations 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Local Fishing Vessels) (Amendment) Regulations 2005. 2. Regulations 4 and 5 of the Fisheries (Local Fishing Vessels) Regulations 1981* are hereby deleted. Dated at Honiara this twenty-ninth day of April, 2005.
