[Legal Notice No. 51] THE FISHERIES ACT 1998 (No. 6 of 1998) THE FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2005 IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25 and 59 of the Fisheries Act, 1998, read with regulation 3 of the Fisheries Regulations 1972, I. PAUL MAENUT, Minister of Fisheries and Marine Affairs, do hereby make the following regulations 59 D. LIVE REEF FOOD FISH SBD20.000 E. OTHERS (i) Port entry SBD100,000 (ii) Transhipment levy Canning grade USD 2,00ft Sashimi grade USD12 00/t (iii) Duplicate licence (all classes) SBD200.00".
