No. 29 [Legal Notice No. 40] FORESTRY RESOURCES AND TIMBER UTILISATION ACT (Cap. 40) EXEMPTION NOTICE I, Hon. Dickson Mua Panakitasi, Minister of Forestry and Research, under section 4(1) (c) of the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation Act (Cap. 40), declare to be exempt from the provisions of section 4 of the Act, the felling of trees in the area described in the map in the Schedule, identified as Lot 11, LR529 located in Viru Harbour, South New Georgia, for the purposes of clearing land. SCHEDULE (Viru Harbour, South New Georgia, Marovo Constituency, Western Province) Note: This exemption notice does not permit the export of trees felled under this notice, this is only to allow for the clearing of land specified in the map.
