[8] THE SOLOMON ISLANDS INDEPENDENCE ORDER 1978 (LN. 43 OF 1978) ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OFFICE OF MINISTER FOR RURAL DEVEIloPMENT 15 IN 'exercise of powers conferred upon me by section 33(2)' of tbe Constitution 'and, actfug in accordance with tbe advice of, the Prime Minister, I, sm FRANK ,UTU O~f\GIORO ~UI, Knight Grand Cross of the M~st pistinguished Order, of ~aint Michael and Saint George, Cross of tbe Order of Solomon 'Islands, Officer of tbe Most, Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor-General andiCommander ,in-Chief of Solomon Islands, do hereby amend the Schedule to the Establishment: of Offices of Ministers * by deleting tbe words opposite number;16 in tbe Schedule, the words "Minister for Rural Development and Indigenous Affairs" and substituting tbere for; tbe words, "Minister for Rural Development'.
