Bradley Tovosia, Minister for Environment Climate Change, Disaster Management and Meteorology, under Regulation 6 of the Wildlife Protection and Management Regulation 2008 declare harvesting and export of Tubi Xanthostermon for commercial purposes by Bulacan International (SI) Company Limited to be an Approved Management Programme: (a) for a period of 12 months with effect on and from the date this instrument is published in the Gazette: and (b) the Conservation unit will monitor and assess the operation of the Programme: and (c) reports must be done on a quarterly basis and submitted to the Director.
