Kigali, kuwa 27/08/2013 (WARDA) signed in Dakar, Sénégal on December 1986, especially in Article 12 and resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Africa Rice Center signed in Lomé, Togo on 03 September 2009, especially in Article One; ADOPTS: Article One: Authorization for accession The accession of Rwanda to the Africa Rice Center is hereby authorized. Article 2: Drafting, consideration and adoption of this Law This Law was drafted in English, considered and adopted in Kinyarwanda. Article 3: Commencement This Law shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda. Article 2: Initiation, examen et adoption de la présente loi La présente loi a été initiée en Anglais, elle a été examinée et adoptée en Kinyarwanda. Article 3: Entrée en vigueur La présente loi entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Journal Officiel de la République du Rwanda.
