It also determines its mission, organisation and functioning. Elle détermine également ses missions, son organisation et son fonctionnement. Article 4: Category of RAB RAB falls within the category of non commercial public institutions. Article 5: Head office of RAB The head office of RAB is located in the City of Kigali, the Capital of the Republic of Rwanda. Article 5: Siège de RAB Le siège de RAB est établi dans la Ville de Kigali, Capitale de la République du Rwanda. UMUTWE WA II: INSHINGANO ZA RAB Ingingo ya 6: Inshingano za RAB RAB ifite inshingano rusange yo guteza imbere ubuhinzi n’ubworozi ikora ubushakashatsi, iyamamazabuhinzi n’iyamamazabworozi hagamijwe kongera umusaruro w’ubuhinzi n’ubworozi n’ibiwukomokaho. By’umwihariko RAB ifite inshingano zikurikira: 1º kugira uruhare mu kugena politiki n’ingamba by’Igihugu mu bijyanye n’ubuhinzi n’ubworozi; 2º gushyira mu bikorwa politiki, amategeko n’ingamba by’Igihugu mu by’ubuhinzi n’ubworozi; 3º guhuza imirimo yo guteza imbere ibikorwa remezo mu buhinzi n’ubworozi; RAB has branches elsewhere in the country when considered necessary in order to fulfil its mission upon approval by a Prime Minister’s Order. CHAPTER II: MISSION OF RAB Article 6: Mission of RAB RAB has the general mission of developing agriculture and animal resources through research, agricultural and animal resources extension in order to increase agricultural and animal productivity as well as their derived. In particular, RAB has the following mission: 1 º to contribute to the development of the national policy and strategies in agriculture and animal resources; 2 º to implement the national policy, laws and strategies on agriculture and animal resources; 3 º to coordinate activities aimed at promoting agriculture and animal resources infrastructure; RAB a les branches en tout autre lieu du territoire national, en cas de besoin, pour accomplir ses missions sur approbation d’un arrêté du Premier Ministre. Article 37: Drafting, consideration and adoption of this Law This Law was drafted, considered and adopted in Kinyarwanda. Article 38: Repealing provision Law n° 38/2010 of 25/11/2010 establishing Rwanda Agriculture Board (RAB) and determining its responsibilities, organisation and functioning and all prior legal provisions contrary to this Law are repealed. Article 39: Commencement This Law comes into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Article 36: Transfert du patrimoine, du passif et des contrats Les biens meubles et immeubles ainsi que le passif et les contrats de l’Office Rwandais de Développement Agricole (RAB) créé par la Loi n° 38/2010 du 25/11/2010 sont transférés à RAB créé par la présente loi. Article 37: Initiation, examen et adoption de la présente loi La présente loi a été initiée, examinée et adoptée en kinyarwanda. Article 38: Disposition abrogatoire La Loi n° 38/2010 du 25/11/2010 portant création de l’Office Rwandais de Développement Agricole (RAB) et déterminant ses attributions, organisation et fonctionnement ainsi que toutes les autres dispositions légales antérieures contraires à la présente loi sont abrogées.
