The purpose of this chapter is to conserve fish in Ngerumekaol during the spawning season of groupers. Source: PL 6-2-4 §l, modified. §3102. Prohibit ion. No person shall kill,. trap, capture, wound, possess, transport, restrain or otherwise have under his control any fish or any -part thereof in Ngerumekaol between April 1, and July 31 of each year.
