Unoffic ie.t translation. o R D E R OF THE COUNCIL OF MINIS TERS i s s ucd on 27th February 1978 ON DEMARCATION OF THE BORDER LINE OF THE SEA FISHERY ZONE BETWEEN THE POLISH PEOPL"S REPUBLIC AND KINGDOM OF DE)7MARK IN THE BORNHOLM ISLAND AREA Ipublished in the Law Journal of the Polish People's Republic .dated 28 th February 1978,No 3,item 71 Basing upon Article 2 § 4 of the Fisheries Act on Polish Sea Fishery Zone fr-orn December 17 th, 1977/Law Journal No 37, item 163/ , fo llowtng is instituted : § 1.1.Outer boundary of the sea fishery zone between the Polish People r s Republic and the Kingdom of ~~nmark in the Bornholrn !sland area. is the line joining points which have following coordinates : 54°49'00" N lat. and lLoSO'OO" E"long., 54°47'00" N lat. and 15 002'30" E Iong , , 54°48'30" N lat. and 15°13'30" E long , , ° °54 52' 00" N lat. and 15 22' 00' , E long. , 54°56'30" N lat. and 15°27'00" E long., 55°02'30" N lat. and 15°30'30" E long., 55°08'30" N lat. and 15°30'30" E long. 2. The course of the boundary of the Polish sea fishery zone which is referred to in § 1.1. is demarcated until it is finally settled in an i nte r-na t ional agreement. § 2.
