Short titk and commencement: (i) These R~les may· be called the Punjab Environmental Protection Council .(Procedure) Rules, 2016. • (ii) 2 . Council.. shall b~ callcc;i with the approval of the Chairperson; on such d~te and at ~uch time ~nd • place as may be spec.ified by him . . Invitation 'of experts. etc. : The Secretary may. with the approval of the Vice-Chairperson. invite experts and representatives of either organizations to assist the Council in disposal -of it s business. 6. T~avelling and daily allowance: (i) The e~aoffici o members shall draw their travelling and daily allowance for attending the n:ieetings . of the Council from the Department or Agency from whic h they draw their salary or othe; emoluments; .and . (ii) .
