Now, therefore, in pursuan::e of the Proclamation of the fifth day of July, 1977, read with Laws (Continuance in Force) Order, 1977 (C. M. L.A. Order No. 1 of 1977), and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf; the Governor of Baluchistan is pleased to m.ake and promulgate the following Ordinance : 1. Short title and commencement.-(!) This Ordinance may be called the Baluchistan Water Rights Administration (Amendment) Ordinance, 1979. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment of section 3 of Ordinance IX of 1978.-ln section 3 of the Baluchistan Ground Water Rights Administration Ordinance, 1978, for the existing subsection (2) the following shall be substituted, namely : "(2) The . Government may appoint any Officer of the Irrigation Department as Secretary of the Board".
