  1. (a) — in the heading, for the words “peasants,

In the said Act, in section 27 for the words “prescribed Section 27, Act authority in such manner as the Government may direct” the No. V of 2010. words “Election Commission” shall be substituted. Repeal 7. The Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Act, 2014 (Act No.II of 2014) and the Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance, 2014 are hereby repealed.
