Scriel! of 2020 SlJO.Jl•:CT : EXTENSION OF VALIDITY OF COMMERC IAL f1SIIINC; VESSEL LICENSE (CFVL), COMMERCIAL FISHING Gf.A M LICENSE (CFGL), DIST ANT WATER l'JSlflNG PY.RMIT (DWFP), SPECIAL FISHING PERMIT, FISHERMAN 'S LICENSE AND CERTIFICATE Of CLEARANCE EXPIRING DURING THE ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUAMANTINE PERIOD Whereas, Proclamation No. 922 was issued on March 8, 2020 declaring a State of Public Health Emergency throughout the Philippines due to the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-1 9) in the country which shall remain in force and effect until lifted or withdrawn by the President Whereas, Proclamation No. 922, was issued on March 16, 2020 declaring a State of Calamity throughout the Philippines due to Covid- 19 for a period of six (6) montps. unless earlier titled or extended as circumstances may warrant: Whereas, under Section 2 thereof imposed an Enhanced Community Quarantine throughout Luzon beginning 12 midnight of March 16, 2020 until April 12. 20".!0 unless earlier lifted or extended as ci.rcumstances may: WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, all Commen:ial Fishing Vessel Licemc (CFVL), Commercial Fishing Gear License (CFGL), Distant Water f'"ashing Permit (DWFP), Special Fishing Permit (SFP), Fisherman', Lictnse, and Certificate of Clearance expiring within the period of the Enhanced Community Quarantine are hereby extended for a period of sixty (60) days subject to all o f the procedural as well as documentary requirements provided under the Fisheries Administrative Order No. 198-1 series of20 I 8. lssued ~s •r tl-i- day of_M_k-_n_C_l-1 _ _ _ _ _ 2020 in Quezon City.
