INDEPENDENT STATE Of" PAPUA NE'i GUHIEA. STATUTORY INSTRUMENT. No. t oE 1989. Villaqe Courts (Amendment) Requlation 1939, Being a Regulation to amend the Villaqe Courts Requlation (Cha9ter ·44 I, MADE by the Head oE State, acting with, and in accordance •,1ith. the advice of the Nati ona 1 Exe cut 1 'le Council under the Vi 11 aqe Courts Act ( Cha9ter 44). REPEAL AND RE?LACEMENT OF SECTION 2. Section 2 of the Principal Regulation is re9ealed and is re9laced with the Eollowing:- "2. DATEil this CONDITIONS The State ( a) ( b) OF SERVIC2 OF VIccAGE MAGISTRATES, ETC., shall pay - to each Chairman of a Village Court, remuneration at the rate of K425.00 per annum; and to each Deputy Chairman of a Village Court, remuneration at the. rate of ,378.00 per annum; and ( c) to each Village Magistrate, r::muneration at the rats oE KJ47.0O 9~r annum; and ( r.11 to ea.ch Clerk oE 6 1/i l laqe Court, .. remuneracicln.ac rh~ ra!e of K315.0Q ~er day 0E , c 989.
