• . • No. /0 of 2018. • Land (Amendment) Act 2018. Certified on : 1 7 OCT 2018 • .. . • ,. ..0~1iVa"' Nwt~"'e't- No. /() of 2018 AN ACT entitled Land (Amendment) Act 2018. Being an Act to amend the Land Act 1996 and for related purposes, MADE by the National Parliament. APPEALS (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 62). Section 62 of the Principal Act is amended by repealing Subsections (2), (3), (4) and (5) and replacing them with the following: "(2) An appeal shall be accompanied by a prescribed fee. (3) If the Head of State, acting on the advice of the Minister, thinks that the appeal has been made on frivolous grounds, the Head of State, acting on the advice of the Minister, may reject the appeal. (4) Subject to Subsection (5), the Head of State, acting on the advice of the Minister, shall determine an appeal under this section, and his decision is final.
