No.5.3of 2015. Land (Amendment) Act 2015, Certified on: 2 3 NOV 2016 No.S~f 2015. Land (Amendment) Act 2015. ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION. Interpretation (Amendment of Section 2). • No. of 2015. AN ACT entitled Land (A111e1ulme11t) Act 2015, Being an Act to amend the Land Act J 996, MADE by the National Parliament. INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2). Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended by deleting the definition of"land" and replacing it with the following new definition; ""land" includes an interest in land - (a) whether arising out of and regulated by custom or otherwise; and (b) the foreshore;". I hereby certify that the above is a fair print of the Land (Amendmenl) Act 2015 which has been made by the National Parliament.
