Intc.rprctation--In these regulations, unless the C'(mtext oth<:rwise rcquires, "Potato" inciudcs all cultivars of the p<)tato, and ~~ti p:i.rts. of any potato plant: "Potato cyst nematode'' means any living stage nf the nem.1tode l-frterodcra pallida or Hctcrodcra ro.rtochioiJis. 3.
