Fisheries (Southern Blue Whiting Total Allowable Catch) Amendment Notice 2006 Pursuant to section 13 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, after having regard to the matters specified in that section, gives the following notice. Contents 1 Title 2 Commencement 3 Principal notice amended 4 Schedule amended Notice 1 Title This notice is the Fisheries (Southern Blue Whiting Total Allowable Catch) Amendment Notice 2006. 2 Commencement This notice comes into force on 1 April 2006. 3 Principal notice amended This notice amends the Fisheries (Southern Blue Whiting Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2000. 4 Schedule amended The fourth column of the Schedule is amended by omitting "25 000" and substituting "20 000". Dated at Wellington this 27th day of March 2006. Jim Anderton, Minister of Fisheries. Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989. Date of notification in Gazette: 30 March 2006. This notice is administered in the Ministry of Fisheries.
