Schedule cl 3 New item inserted in Schedule 6 of Fisheries Act 1996 Stock Area Requirements Kina (Evechinus chloroticus) All New Zealand fisheries waters A commercial fisher may return kina to the waters from which it was taken if the kina— (a) is taken by hand-gathering; and (b) is likely to survive on return.
