Schedule r 4 New item added to Part 2C of Schedule 3 Species code Common name Scientific name BSK Basking shark Cetorhinus maximus Michael Webster, for Clerk of the Executive Council. Explanatory note This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect. These regulations, which come into force on 16 December 2010, amend Schedule 3 of the Fisheries (Reporting) Regulations 2001.
