Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Amendment Notice (No 3) 2008 Pursuant to section 20 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, after having regard to the matters specified in section 21 of the Act, gives the following notice. Contents 1 Title 2 Commencement 3 Application 4 Principal notice amended 5 Schedule 1 amended Notice 1 Title This notice is the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Amendment Notice (No 3) 2008. 2 Commencement This notice comes into force on 30 September 2008. 3 Application This notice applies on and from the fishing year commencing on 1 October 2008. 4 Principal notice amended This notice amends the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Notice 1986. 5 Schedule 1 amended The item relating to bluenose in Schedule 1 is amended by— (a) omitting from item A “1 000” and substituting “786”: (b) omitting from item B “1 048” and substituting “902”: (c) omitting from item C “100” and substituting “43”: (d) omitting from item D “150” and substituting “89”: (e) omitting from item E “925” and substituting “505”.
