Commission are— (a) Recommendation 1 (1984): Minimummesh size when fishing for capelin: (b) Recommendation 2 (1986): Minimummesh size when fishing for blue whiting: (c) Recommendation III (2006): Recommendation to temporarily prohibit the use of gillnets, entangling nets and trammel nets in the NEAFC regulatory area: (d) Recommendation XVI (2008): Recommendation by the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission in accordance with Art icle 5 of the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in North-East Atlantic Fisheries at its extraordinary meeting on 1–2 July 2008 to adopt the following recommendation on bot tom fishing activities in the NEAFC Regulatory Area: (e) Recommendation XIII (2009): Recommendation by the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission in accordance with 2009 for conservation and management measures for deep and shallow pelagic redfish in the Irminger Sea and adjacent waters in the NEAFC Convention Area in 2010: (i) Recommendation III (2010): Recommendation by the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission in accordance with Art icle 5 of the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in North-East Atlantic Fisheries at its annual meeting in Novem ber 2009 on conservation and management measures for pelagic redfish (Sebastes mentella) in the NEAFC Regulatory Area of ICES sub-areas I and II in 2010: (j) Recommendation IV (2010): Recommendation by the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission in accordance with Art icle 5 of the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in North-East Atlantic Fisheries at its annual meeting in Novem ber 2009 to adopt regulatory measures for the protection of haddock in ICES division VIb (Rockall Haddock) for 2010: (k) Recommendation V (2010): Recommendation by the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission in accordance with Art icle 5 of the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in North-East Atlantic Fisheries at its annual meeting in Novem ber 2009 on conservation and management measures for the Norwegian spring-spawning (Atlanto-scandian) herring in the NEAFC Regulatory Area in 2010: (l) Recommendation VI (2010): Recommendation by the North East Atlantic Fisheries Cooperation in North-East Atlantic Fisheries at its annual meeting in Novem ber 2009 for conservation and management measures for spur dog (Squalus acanthias) in the NEAFC Regulatory Area in 2010: (n) Recommendation VIII (2010): Recommendation by the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission in accordance with Art icle 5 of the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in North-East Atlantic Fisheries at its annual meeting in Novem ber 2009 to adopt conservation and management measures by closing certain areas on the Hatton Bank, Rockall Bank, Lo gachev Mounds and West Rockall Mounds in the Regulatory Area in order to protect Vulnerable Marine Ecosystems from significant adverse impacts in 2010: (o) Recommendation IX (2010): Recommendation by the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission in accordance with Art icle 5 of the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in North-East Atlantic Fisheries at its annual meeting in Novem ber 2009 for management measures for follows: (s) Recommendation XIII (2010): Recommendation by the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission in accordance with Art icle 8 of the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in North-East Atlantic Fisheries at its annual meeting in Novem ber 2009 to adopt amendments to Article 23.4 of the “Scheme of Control and Enforcement in respect of fishing vessels fish ing in areas beyond the limits of national fisheries jurisdiction in the Convention Area” as follows: (t) Recommendation XIV (2010): Recommendation by the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission in accordance with Art icle 8 of the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in North-East Atlantic Fisheries at its annual meeting in Novem ber 2009 to adopt amendments to Article 20 of the “Scheme of Control and Enforcement in respect of fishing vessels fishing in areas beyond the limits of national fisheries jurisdiction in the Convention Area” as follows: (u) Recommendation XVI (2010): Recommendation by the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission in accordance with Art icle 5 of the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in North-East Atlantic Fisheries at its annual meeting in Novem ber 2009 for a ban on discards in the NEAFCRegulatory Area: (v) Recommendation XVII (2010): The North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission at its annual meeting on 11 November 2009 adopted, in accordance with
