Contents 1 Title 2 Commencement 3 New Schedule substituted Schedule New Schedule substituted Regulations 1 Title (1) These regulations are the Dairy Industry (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004. (2) In these regulations, the Dairy Industry (Fees) Regulations 2000 SR 2000/89 are called "the principal regulations". 2 Commencement These regulations come into force on 1 July 2004. 3 New Schedule substituted The principal regulations are amended by revoking the Schedule, and substituting the Schedule set out in the Schedule of these regulations.
