Domestic Fishing (Annual Fees) Regulations 2007 NIUE DOMESTIC FISHING (ANNUAL FEES) REGULATIONS 2007 Arrangement Provision 1. Name 2. Annual fee for vessels PURSUANT to Section 28 of the Domestic Fishing Act 1996 Cabinet makes the following Regulations: 1. Name These are the Domestic Fishing (Annual Fees) Regulations 2007. 2. Annual fee for vessels Regulation 9(2) of the Domestic Fishing Regulations 1996 is repealed and replaced with the following: “(2) The annual licence fee payable for vessels $10.00 For a vessel with a tare weight under 750kg For a vessel with a tare weight of 750 kg or over $110.00 For any vessel that carries persons for hire or reward $60.00” © 1998 University of the South Pacific
