REPUBLIC OF NAURU Fisheries (PNA Third Implementing Arrangement) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 SL No. 11 of 2015 Notified: 24 September 2015 Table of Contents 1 CITATION ......................................................................................................... 2 2 COMMENCEMENT ........................................................................................... 2 3 AMENDMENT OF FISHERIES (PNA THIRD IMPLEMENTING ARRANGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2009........................................................................................ 2 4 AMENDMENT OF REGULATION 8 (1) (B) AND (C)........................................... 2 Fisheries (PNA 3IA) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 1 Cabinet makes the following regulations under section 42 of the Fisheries Act 1997: 1 Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (PNA Third Implementing Arrangement) (Amendment) Regulations 2015. 2 Commencement These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette1. 3 Amendment of Fisheries (PNA Third Implementing Arrangement) Regulations 2009 The Fisheries (PNA Third Implementing Arrangement) Regulations 2009 are amended by the provisions of these Regulations. 4 Amendment of Regulation 8 (1) (b) and (c) 4.1 Omit Tuvalu; Substitute Tuvalu. 4.2 Omit Regulation 8 (1) (c) (c) any additional high seas areas located within 10˚N and 20˚S latitude and 170˚E and 150˚W longitude. 1 Gazette No. 134/G.N.No. 615/2015
