In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governing Council by Sections 12, 13 and 15 of the Kwara State Environmental Protection Agency Law, CAP K.16, Laws of Kwara State 2006 and by virtue of all other powers enabling in that behalf the following Regulation is hereby made. 1. The fees set out in the Schedule hereto shall be charged on annual basis as Environmental fees in respect of the business set out in this Schedule. 2. This Regulation may be cited as the Kwara State.
