Tenure of office (I} The Chairman and other membt!rs o f the Board shall be appointed by the Gover- nor on such terms of remuneration and other conditions of services as the Governor may dt1em1ine. (Z) Subject to the provisions of subsection (I) of this section, a member who is an e.roj}/clo member shall hold ol'licc for n term of three years from the date of his appointment and shall be eligible for re-appointment for another term of three ycars.
