N$2.80 WINDHOEK - 2 February 2004 No.3141 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE OF THE REPUBLIC OF NAMIBIA MINISTRY OF FISHERIES AND MARINE RESOURCES No. 11 2004 Designation of Persons to Perform Certain Functions in Terms of the Inland Fisheries Resources Act, 2003 Under section 1(2) of the Inland Fisheries Resources Act, 2003 (Act No. 1 of 2003), I designate the officer stipulated in column 1 of the Schedule of the regional council listed in column 2, to perform the functions mentioned in column 3 of that Schedule. A. IYAMBO MINISTER OF FISHERIES AND MARINE RESOURCES Windhoek, 19 January 2004 Government Notices 2 Government Gazette 2 February 2004 No.3141 SCHEDULE SCHEDULE Column 1 Designated officer The Regional Officer appointed under section 23(1)(a) of the Regional Councils Act, 1992 (Act No. 22 of 1992) and any officer directed by the regional officer, under subsection (3) of that section, to perform the functions set out in column 3 of this Schedule.
