No. 1465 2 Act No. 22, 1996 Government Gazette 17 December 1996 DEEDS REGISTRIES FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT, 1996 ACT No. 1465 To amend the Deeds RegistriesAct, 1937, and the Deeds RegistriesAmend ment Act, 1995, so as to substitute certain expn~ssions. (Signed by the President on 6 December 1996) BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of Namibia. as follows: Amendment of section 17 of Act 47 1937 1. Section 17 of the Deeds of Registries Act, 1937, is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection ( I ) for the expression "1995" of the expression "1 996". Amendment of section 45ter of Act 47 of 1937 2. Section 45ter of the Deeds of Registries Act, 1937, is hereby amended by the substitution for the expressiOn '' 1995" of the expression "1996". Amendment of short title of Act 2 of 1995 3. The short title of the Deeds Registries Amendment Act, J 995, is hereby amended by the substitution for the expression II J 99511 of the expression II 1996". Short title 4. This Act shall be called the Deeds Registries Further Amendment Act, 1996, and shall be deemed to have come into operation of 15 July 1996.
