Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pemuliharaan Hidupan Liar (Kawasan Larangan Memburu) 2013. Kawasan pemburuan 2. (1) Tertakluk kepada mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain dan subseksyen (2), pemburuan dibenarkan dalam tanah Kerajaan. (A) 364 WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT 2010 WILDLIFE CONSERVATION (HUNTING PROHIBITED AREAS) ORDER 2013 IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 35(d) of the Wildlife Conservation Act 2010 [Act 716], the Director General, with the approval of the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation (Hunting Prohibited Areas) Order 2013. Hunting areas 2. (1) Subject to any other written law and subsection (2), hunting is permitted in State land.
