The areas described in the Schedule hereto shall be declared to be a privatised water supply area (hereinafter referred to as "the declared area") for the purpose of section 5A of the Water Supply Ordinance, 1961, (hereinafter called "the Ordinance"). (a) Hill Top Water Treatment Plant (Raw Water and Treated Water Facilities); (b) Sibuga Water Treatment Plant (Raw Water and Treated Water Facilities); (c) Kinabatangan Water Treatment Plant (Raw Water and Treated Water Facilities); and (d) Third Floor, Jabatan Air Building Jalan Sibuga. Areas Declared As Privatised Water Supply Area in Tawau. (a) Jalan Utara Water Treatment Plant (Raw Water and Treated Water Facilities); (b) Jalan Kuhara Water Treatment Plant (Raw Water and Treated Water Facilities); and (c) Cinta Mata Water Treatment Plant (Raw Water and Treated Water Facilities); (New Facilities to be Constructed).
