AKTA INDUSTRI PERKHIDMATAN AIR 2006 PERATURAN-PERATURAN l NDUSTRI PERKHIDMATAN AIR (KADAR PERKHIDMATAN BEKALAN AIR) (NEGERI KEDAH) 2010 PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 84(2)(a) dan 179(i) Akta lndustri Perkhidmatan Air 2006 [Akta 655], Menteri membuat peraturan­ peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa 1. (1) Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan Industri Perkhidmatan Air (Kadar Perkhidmatan Bekalan Air) (Negeri Kedah) 2010. (2) Peraturan-Peraturan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Oktober 2010. Tafsiran 2. Dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini , melainkan jika konteksnya menghendaki makna lain "industri khas" ertinya mana-mana industri yang ditentukan oleh Kerajaan Negeri sebagai industri khas. P.U. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Water Services Industry (Rates for Water Supply Services) (State of Kedah) Regulations 2010. (2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 October 2010. Interpretation 2. In these Regulations , unless the context otherwise requires "special industry" means any industry determined by the State Government as a special industry. Rates for water supply services 3. The rates for water supply services for the state of Kedah shall be as prescribed in the Schedule. P.U.
