Sewerage Services (Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 2004

SEWERAGE SERVICES (CHARGES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2004 PU(A) 248/2004 IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 30(1) of the Sewerage Services Act 1993 [Act 508], the Minister makes the following regulations: 1. Citation and commencement (1) These regulations may be cited as the Sewerage Services (Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2004. (2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 August 2004. 2. Amendment of Fourth Schedule The Principal Regulations are amended by substituting the Fourth Schedule the following Schedule: "FOURTH SCHEDULE (Paragraph 4(1 )(c)) MONTHLY SEWERAGE CHARGES FOR GOVERNMENT PREMISES CATEGORY MONTHLY FIXED CHARGE Offices receiving septic tank disludging services RM25.00 Offices receiving connected services RM40.00 For water used from 101m3— 200m3 a month, additional charge of 45 cent for every m3 will be imposed For water used in excess of 200m3 a month, additional charge of 95 cent for every m3 will be imposed.
