Protection of Wild Life (Amendment of Schedules) Order, 2003

PROTECTION OF WILD LIFE (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULES) ORDER 2003 PU(A) 392/2003 IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 106 of the Protection of Wild Life Act 1972 [Act 76], the Minister makes the following order: 1. Citation and commencement. (1) This order may be cited as the Protection of Wild Life (Amendment of Schedules) Order 2003. (2) This Order comes into operation on 1 November 2003. 2. Amendment of Schedule Three. Schedule Three to the Protection of Wild Life Act 1972 [Act 76], which is referred to as the "principal Act" in this Order, is amended by deleting items "143" and "145". 3. Amendment of Schedule Four. Schedule Four to the principal Act is amended in Part II, by inserting after item 5 the following items: " Family Apodidae, Swifts 5A.
