PESTICIDES (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2011 PU(A) 235/2011 11 July 2011 Jil 55; No 14; 11 July 2011; Tambahan No 88; Perundangan (A) IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 58 of the Pesticides Act 1974[Act 149], the Minister, on the advice of the Board, makes the following order: 1. Citation This order may be cited as the Pesticides (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2011. 2. Amendment of First Schedule The Pesticides Act 1974 is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following schedule: "FIRST SCHEDULE (Section 2) LIST OF PESTICIDES EXPLANATION 1. In the following list the common name and the chemical name or, if no common name is provided, the chemical name only, determine the identity of a pesticide. 2. The sign (=) indicates continuity of spelling and is used where a word or name is broken up owing to limitation of space.
