NATIONAL LAND CODE (UNDERGROUND LAND) (MINIMUM DEPTH) REGULATIONS 2006 PU(A) 414/2006 IN exercise the powers conferred by section 92I of the National Land Code[Act 56/1965], the Minister, with the approval of the National Land Council, makes the following regulations: 1. Citation and commencement (1) These regulations may be cited as the National Land Code (Underground Land) (Minimum Depth) Regulations 2006. (2) These Regulations come into operation on 5 December 2006. 2. Minimum depth in respect of underground lands specified under sections 92B and 92E Minimum depth in respect of underground lands specified under sections 92B and 92E are as described in the Schedule. SCHEDULE Class of land Agricultural Building Industry 1. Section 92B 6 metres 10 metres 15 metres 2. Section 92E 6 metres 10 metres 15 metres
