FISHERIES (PROHIBITION OF IMPORT, ETC, OF FISH) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2011 PU(A) 078/2011 IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Fisheries Act 1985[Act 317], the Minister the following regulations: 10 March 2011 1. Citation These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Prohibition of Import, etc., of Fish) (Amendment) Regulations 2011. 2. Amendment of Schedule The Schedule to the Fisheries (Prohibition of Import, etc., of Fish) Regulations 1990[P.U. (A) 441/1990] is amended by inserting after item 7 the following items: "8. Salmo 9. Onchorynchus 10. Cichla 11. Esox 12. Cichlasoma 13. Acipenser 14. Arapaima 15. Lepisosteus 16. Cherax destructor".
