ST A TE OF SABAH I assent, TUN DATUK PENGIRAN Rvr AHMAD R.AFFAE, Yang Dipertua Negara, 12TH APRIL, 1973. No. 3 of 1973 An Enactment to amend the Fauna Conservation Ordi11c:nce. 1963. E\.-\CTED by the Legislature of the State of Sabah as follows: 1. This Enactment may be cited as the Fauna Conser- She,, ut1e. vation (Amendment) Enactment; 1973. The Fauna Conservation Ordinance, 1963 is herebv amended as follows (a) insert the following new definition in the appropri~t;;: alphabetical.-0rder under subsection (1) of section : thereof " "Minister'' means the Minister for the time be; ,""'·2 responsible for matters relat1ng to natural resourc;;,·=-. and ( b) Substitute for the words "Chief Secretarv" and for t:-:.: words "Minister for Natural Resotm::es" whe:--:·. :::: they occur therein the word "Minister•.-: CERTIFIED by me to be a tr~1e cop~/ of the Bill pass:: ... : ··~ the Assembly on Tuesda: .. th~.J0th April. 1973.
