ESTABLISHMENT OF MARINE PARKS MALAYSIA (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1998 PU(A) 121/1998 PREAMBLE IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 41(1) of the Fisheries Act 1985 (Act 317), the Minister makes the following order: 1. Citation. This order may be cited as the Establishment of Marine Parks Malaysia (Amendment) Order 1998. 2. Amendment of First Schedule. The Establishment of Marine Parks Malaysia Order 1994 is amended in the First Schedule by inserting after item 37 the following items: (1) (2) Name of Island State "38. Pulau Nyireh Terengganu 39.
