ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (SCHEDULED WASTES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2007 PU(A) 158/2007 IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21 and 51 of the Environmental Quality Act 1974[Act 127], the Minister, after consultation with the Environmental Quality Council, makes the following regulations: 1. Citation These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Quality (Scheduled Wastes) (Amendment) Regulations 2007. 2. Amendment of First Schedule The Environmental Quality (Scheduled Wastes) Regulations 2005 [P.U. (A) 294/2005] are amended in the First Schedule, in relation to the particular appearing against code SW 104, by inserting after the word "containing" the words "aluminium,".
