AKTA BINATANG 1953 PERISYTIHARAN PENYAKIT BINATANG 2009 PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 2 Akta Binatang 1953 [Akta 647], dalam takrif ―disease‖, Menteri mengisytiharkan penyakit binatang yang disenaraikan dalam Jadual sebagai penyakit bagi maksud Akta. 2. Perisytiharan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 27 Ogos 2009. ANIMALS ACT 1953 DECLARATION OF ANIMAL DISEASE 2009 IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Animals Act 1953 [Act 647], in the definition of ―disease‖, the Minister declares the animal disease listed in the Schedule to be disease within the meaning of the Act. 2.
