AKTA BINATANG 1953 PERISYTIHARAN PENYAKIT BINATANG DAN BURUNG PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 2 Akta Binatang 1953 [Akta 647], dalam takrif ―disease‖, Menteri mengisytiharkan penyakit binatang dan burung yang disenaraikan dalam Jadual sebagai penyakit bagi maksud Akta. 2. Perisytiharan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 5 Februari 2009. ANIMALS ACT 1953 DECLARATION OF ANIMAL AND BIRD DISEASE IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Animals Act 1953 [Act 647], in the definition of ―disease‖, the Minister declares the animal and bird diseases listed in the Schedule to be diseases within the meaning of the Act. 2.
