ANIMALS ORDINANCE 1953 (No.17 Of 1953) ANIMALS (DECLARATION OF BRUCELLOSIS CONTROL AND ERADICATION AREA) ORDER 2002 In exercise of the powers conferred by Subsection 36(1) of the Animals Ordinance 1953 [Ord.17/1953], I, Dato' Seri DiRaja Mohamad Tajol Rosli bin Ghazali, Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan, makes the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited Animals (Declaration of Brucellosis Control and Eradication Area) Order 1997, and shall be in force for a period of 5 years. 2. The State of Perak Darul Ridzuan is declared to be Brucellosis and eradication area. 3. All livestock within the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan are required to be produced for examination and vaccination against Brucellosis at such time and place as may be specified by the Director of Veterinary Services, Perak.
