National Parks and Wildlife (Wildlife Ranching) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018

14th September 2018 GOVERNMENT NOTICE No. 76 NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT (CAP.66:07) NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE (WILDLIFE RANCHING) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2018 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 87 of the National Parks and Wildlife Act, I, AGGREY MASI, Minister of Natural Resources, Energy and Mining, on the recommendation of the Board, make the following Regulations !. These Regulations may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife Citation (Wildlife Ranching) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. 2. The National Parks and Wildlife (Wildlife Ranching) (Amendment) Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "principal Regulations" are amended, in Regulation 3(2)(f), by deleting the words "Chief Parks and Wildlife Officer" and substituting therefor the word "Director". 3. Regulation 5 of the principal Regulations is amended, by deleting the words "Chief Parks and Wildlife Officer" and substituting it with the word "Director". 4. Regulation 8(b) of the Principal Regulation is amended, by deleting the words "Chief Parks and Wildlife Officer" and substituting tberefor the word "Director". Amendment of Reg 3 to Cap.66:07, sub. leg. p.42 Amendment ofreg. 5 of the principal Regulations Amendment ofreg. B(b) (2) of the principal Regulations 5.
