I, MFUNJO MWANJASI MwAKIKt.'NGA. Minister of Forestry and Natural Resources. acting on the recommendation of the Wildlife Research and Management Board, make the following Regulations Gmion l. These Regulations may be cited as the National Parlcs and ln1erpc-cta 1ion Wildlife (Hunting Weapons) Regulations, 1994. z In these Regulations. unless the context otherwise requires "crocodile .. does not include a crocodile on a wildlife ranch: 2nd December, 1994 "game species .. does not include bircl<;; "pru!ectccJ species- means buffalo. crocodile, eleph:mt or hirr-•r<>lam,1,. 3. No person shall hunt any gamyJ,pecies unless he is tt,ing a rin~ in a 11~:-:,i~!!' barrel of which has a calibre of Aet.moTe than 0.22. ::::im= ~r~~~ 5.
