EXEMPTION FROM REQUIREMENT OF REGISTRATION under s. 6 G.N. 197/1971 The Minister has exempted the following instruments from the requirement of registration under section 6— All leases, tenancy agreements or licences for the occupation of land granted by the Malawi Housing Corporation or the Capital City Development Corporation where the term granted does not exceed 364 days.
