Wildlife (Amendment) Regulations 2015 GN No. 115 of 2015 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 53 of 28 May 2015 THE WILDLIFE AND NATIONAL PARKS ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 30 of the Wildlife and National Parks Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Wildlife (Amendment) Regulations 2015. 2. In these regulations — “principal regulations” means the Wildlife Regulations 1998. 3. The Fourth Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by deleting Part B and replacing it by the following Part — PART B - MAMMALS 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 30 May 2015.
