Waste Water (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 GN No. 199 of 2011 THE WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY ACT Regulations made by the Minister under sections 25 and 47 of the Waste Water Management Authority Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Waste Water (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2011. 2. In these regulations – "principle regulations': means the Waste Water (Fees) Regulations 2001, 3. The Schedule to the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these regulations. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 2012. Made by the Minister on 9 November 2011. SCHEDULE [Regulation 3] Consumption of water Fees (Rs) 1. Living quarter – (a) 10 cubic metres or less 55.00 per month (b) (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) 11-20 cubic metres 21-30 cubic metres 31-60 cubic metres 61 cubic metres or more 7.50 9.00 20.00 45.00 per cubic metres per cubic metres per cubic metres per cubic metres 2. Business premises – (a) (i) (ii) for water supplied by the Central Water Authority for ground water abstracted 27.00 27.00 per cubic metres per cubic metres (b) Minimum fee 270.00 per month
