Waste Water (Fees) (Amendment)(No. 2) Regulations 2011 GN No. 228 of 2011 THE WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY ACT Regulations made by the Minister under sections 25 and 47 of the Waste Water Management Authority Act 1.ऀThese regulations may be cited as the Waste Water (Fees) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2011. 2.ऀIn these regulations – “principal regulations” means the Waste Water (Fees) Regulations 2001. 3.ऀThe Schedule to the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these regulations. 4. ऀThe Waste Water (fees)(Amendment) Regulations 2011 are revoked. 5.ऀThese regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 2012. Made by the Minister on 26th December 2011. SCHEDULE (Regulation 3) Consumption of waterऀऀऀऀऀऀऀFees ऀऀऀऀऀऀऀऀऀऀ(RS) 1. Living quarter (a) consuming 10 metres or lessऀऀऀऀऀ55.00 permonth (b) consuming above 10 cubic metres (i) first 10 cubic metresऀऀऀऀऀ7.50 per cubic metre (ii) 11 – 20 cubic metresऀऀऀऀऀ9.00 per cubic metre (iii) 21 – 50 cubic metresऀऀऀऀऀ20.00 per cubic metre (iv) 51 cubic metres or moreऀऀऀऀ45.00 per cubic metre 2. Business premises – (a) (i) for water supplied by the Central ऀऀऀऀ27.00 per cubic metre Water Authoriry (ii) for ground water abstractedऀऀऀऀ27.00 per cubic metre (b)Minimum feeऀऀऀऀऀऀऀ270.00 per month
